Common questions about buying in Bali.

Which Bali investment is right for me?

It depends on your goals, budget, and how active you want to be. Apartments suit yield plus lifestyle. Villas suit long-hold or private use. Resort-style projects suit hospitality exposure. The Bali Investor Brief is the fastest way to narrow it down.

Why do you only feature two named developers?

Coco Development and Royal Bali Group are partners we have done deep diligence on and stand behind for apartments and villas. Beyond those two, we shortlist from a wider pool of vetted developers depending on the brief.

Do investors pay for your advisory work?

No. Our advisory work is paid by the developer side once a deal completes. Investors pay nothing extra. Independence comes from working across many developers rather than being employed by one.

Can I buy remotely?

Yes, most clients do. We run on-the-ground walk-throughs, video tours, due diligence, and developer meetings on your behalf, then bring you a clear, comparable shortlist before you commit. Many clients only visit Bali to sign.

What is the typical buyer profile?

International investors based primarily in Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, or Dubai, with selective work for clients based in India. Most are buying remotely or visiting Bali briefly. All want an advisor on the buyer's side.
